Digital Design Foundation

First off, let me explain what a digital design foundations class is; it's a kinda "taste-testing" for the digital arts — different instructors teach different things, but they all give you a general overview of what's going on in the digital realm. We covered a little Photoshop CS4, a little Dreamweaver CS4 and a little Flash CS4.

Here are a couple of examples of some of the stuff we had to do in Photoshop ... and let me just say that by starting off making me draw wasn't a very good plan, 'cuz I so can't.

Mini-Rant Alert! Well the only example of Dreamweaver I have is this little site ... and if IE didn't suck, it would have a cool little menu too ... works great in Chrome, I'm still trying to figure out why I can't get it to work in IE ... oh oh oh I know, I know ... 'cuz it SUCKS! Mini-Rant Expired

OK, I got that outta my system and with the help of my teacher, Bruno Mattiello, I now know how to make this page work properly with IE ... I'm moving on now!


Flash CS4

Now, here's a little program designed to make you pull your hair, in clumps ... but it's oh so much fun when it works! Anyhoo, here's my first Flash project. Because it will just continue to play, I made it a movie that you can start and stop as you like—just double-click it.
